Bishop: The Right Reverend Mark A. Engel

The Anglican Diocese of the Great Lakes (ADGL) was established in June 2010, and belongs to the Anglican Church in North America. The Diocese spans across the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Ohio and Virginia.

Our current presiding Bishop is the Right Reverend Mark A. Engel. Bishop Engel is the third bishop of the ADGL, and was consecrated in 2021. He and his wife, Terri, live in Akron, Ohio, and have three adult children.
